I voluntarily authorize Advanced Universal Technologies, Inc. ("AUT") to send operational SMS notifications to the mobile telephone number listed above regarding customer technical support requests and related support activities.

I understand that SMS notifications may be sent as part of an escalation process. If a technical support request is not accepted within the designated response period, the notification may be sent to another authorized support recipient.

I understand that message frequency varies according to technical support activity and that message and data rates may apply.

I understand that participation in this SMS notification program is voluntary.

I may withdraw my consent at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message or by notifying AUT administration.

I may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
